The MAX40 flow packaging machine is equipped with 3-axis servo motors controlled by smart motors. Ideal for small to medium-sized products (stickers, various trinkets, wafers, snacks, etc.), the MAX40 is designed to meet the needs of both the food and non-food industries. The device can pack solid products of various shapes and sizes. This packaging machine with rotary seals and premium PLC with temperature control, built-in diagnostics, memory records of different packaging formats, and multi-functional and multi-lingual touch screen; the entire structure is made of stainless steel, making it easy to use this device in wet environments: the electronics are installed in the body of the device, easily accessible and protected from moisture penetration. Various accessories can be added to the basic device model. The equipment meets current CE standards and requirements for use in food processing environments.

AVAILABLE MODELS

Structure and parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel: product loading belt (if present) and output belt with quick release function; this facilitates belt cleaning and replacement. The aluminum parts are treated with a nanotechnological ceramic coating (EVO CPC).
