The client, who produces wooden pallets, sought to automate the labeling process, ensuring high print quality and speed. The main requirements were the reliability of the device and the ability to work continuously to avoid production downtime.
Taking into account the customer's needs, we installed a continuous printing device with oil ink - EBS-2600 on the conveyor. This device has a high print resolution of 510 dpi and can print signs up to 71.8 mm high, including texts, barcodes and graphic elements. The oil ink technology used ensures excellent adhesion to porous surfaces such as wood, making the marking durable and resistant to environmental influences.
The EBS-2600 device is characterized not only by high print quality, but also by efficiency - the maximum print speed reaches up to 60 m/min, and the power consumption is only 15 W. In addition, the device can be controlled both via the integrated color touch screen and remotely via a web browser, ensuring flexibility and convenience for operators.
